7. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Workmanship: 1-year warranty on labor
  • Materials: Subject to manufacturer warranties
  • Plants: 30-day replacement guarantee with proper care
  • Exclusions: Weather damage, improper maintenance, acts of nature

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Written notice required for cancellations
  • 24-hour notice for scheduled appointments
  • Contract cancellations subject to restocking fees
  • Work in progress cannot be cancelled without penalty
